The AusAID-funded Philippines Australia Human Resource Development Facility (PAHRDF) aims to achieve sustainable and equitable development in the Philippines, by providing long-term scholarships as well as short-term specialised training. This project entailed designing and delivering a customised ten-day training course on project identification / development and social marketing. The program included a trainer-training component and comprised 47 provincial government officials from Bohol Province. The course delivery included a combination of theoretical presentations and practical development of re-entry plans for each participant to return to their workplace and implement.
