Papua New Guinea: Health Capacity Building Service Centre Design Mission, AusAID/JTAI, 2006
World Wide worked with the staff of the PNG National Department of Health and the Capacity Building Service Centre (CBSC) team to develop the 2007 Capacity Building Improvement Plan to be submitted for funding to the Charter Board in November 2006.
Reporting to the CBSC Program Manager, World Wide’s roles included:
- Completing a Strategic Options Framework for Charter Board consideration;
- Developing/designing the 2007 CBSC Workplan, including technical specifications, TOR and budget;
- Documenting the framework and methodology utilised in developing the CBSC 2007 Workplan, for future use by the CBSC team;
- Evaluating the developed planning process in consultation with the Monitoring & Evaluation team in order to inform future processes by the CBSC; and,
- Delivering an exit brief to the CBSC Deputy Director.
