Indonesia: Indonesia Australia Specialised Training Project (IASTP) III - Design Mission, AusAID, 2003

This Design Mission resulted in preparation of a costed Project Design Document for Phase III of the Indonesia Australia Specialised Training Project (IASTP III). Development of the PDD required an analysis of the existing IASTP II training program, as well as the emerging HRD needs that were expressed across a spectrum of sectors and GOI agencies. The PDD was also required to reflect both the Indonesia Country Program and the activities and outcomes of other major AusAID programs and projects planned for implementation in Indonesia.
