Philippines: Management Development Training for Court Administrators from the Supreme Court of the Philippines, AusAID, PAHRDF, 2006

The AusAID-funded Philippines Australia Human Resource Development Facility (PAHRDF) aims to achieve sustainable and equitable development in the Philippines, by providing long-term scholarships as well as short-term specialised training. World Wide designed and delivered a training program for nine Supreme Court officials (including judges) from the Republic of the Philippines. Activities included:

  • A customised ten-day management training course in the Philippines
  • An eight-day benchmarking visit in Australia.

World Wide was responsible for overall management of the training program, including site visits and work placements at the Supreme Courts of South Australia and New South Wales.
