Mongolia: Study Tour on Improvements in Incentives Arrangements for Employees of the Mongolian Ministry of Justice and Home Affairs, AusAID/CaBSAF, 2006

The Mongolia Australia Capacity Building and Small Activities Facility (CaBSAF) funded this activity to develop more effective HRM processes and capacities within the Ministry of Justice and Home Affairs through the delivery of HR technical advice in Mongolia by an Australian consultant, as well as a three-week Working Visit to Australia. World Wide delivered the services in collaboration with the Legal and Justice Project Alliance and TAFE SA. Activities included:

  • A one-week consulting input at the commencement of the project by a specialist in HR incentives arrangements;
  • A three-week Working Visit by four members of MoJHA to South Australian justice agencies including the Legal Services Commission, Attorney General’s Department, Department of Correctional Services, South Australia Police Department and the Office of the Commissioner for Public Employment.
