World Wide wins project on income distribution in China

World Wide has won a tender under the China Australia Governance Program (CAGP) to design and implement the Improving Capacity for Income Distribution Monitoring and Forecasting project. From May to December 2007, World Wide’s team of income modelling specialists will work with the Employment and Income Distribution Department of the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) in the PRC to improve knowledge and awareness among EID/NDRC and other agency staff of relevant Australian and Chinese experience, to enable the identification of appropriate institutional arrangements, policy options, and policy tools to effectively address income distribution issues in China.
