World Wide Delivers Human Rights Training Program to Iraqi Government

World Wide has successfully delivered a four week training program in Australia to the Iraqi Ministry of Human Rights, Ministry of Interior and Ministry of Planning from February to March 2010. The program involved high level meetings with Australia's peak human rights bodies and agencies as well as presentations from Australian human rights experts and academics. The program was highly evaluated by the 20 participants and is part of an ongoing program of governance assistance to the Government of Iraq under the AusAID funded Iraq Partnership Facility.
