Program Design Team returns to Nauru
In February 2007, Cathy Deane and Amy McLennan travelled to Nauru to continue working with the Government of Nauru on programming a variety of projects.
They also spent time working with staff from the Ministry of Finance (Greta from the Aid Management Unit is pictured at work below) to begin to identify and build the skills and systems they require to efficiently manage their aid projects. This capacity building is an ongoing part of the work World Wide is doing in Nauru.

It wasn’t all hard work – Amy still found time to run around with the local netball team at the Nauru Secondary School. Training sessions were lots of fun, and a good way for Nauruan girls to learn how to play.
