Ethiopian Change Management Program
In early 2006, Cathy Deane was selected as a consultant for financial reform assistance on a Harvard University Project funded by Development Cooperation Ireland, the Netherlands Ministry for Development Cooperation and USAID. The reform is designed to integrate all elements of public sector financial management and planning into a coherent framework that is compatible with the varying levels of government capacity. Cathy was responsible for the development of a change management strategy and providing recommendations to enhance sustainability of the project’s achievements and outcomes.
